but slow to congratulate on a job well done. In a small attempt to address the
balance I would like to thank you and your organisation for the excellent conservatory
that has been recently installed at our property. Throughout the installation
the office kept us informed of progress and the on-site staff were courteous
and professional. I was also impressed by the handover. In my experience this
part of the process becomes a formality, with the contractor not really interested
in any problems. However, there were a couple of small issues that needed to
be resolved (regarding vents and a lock) and the member of staff who attended
the site was well prepared to deal with these problems. My wife and I are very
pleased with the end product and look forward to many years of conservatory
